I had decreased my dosage from 1 capsule 2x daily to 1 capsule daily and then had a series of UTIs. I don't know if that was more than a coincidence or not. I am back on 2x daily. The UTIs have stopped, however, I have been on various antibiotics and think that is the main reason the UTIs stopped.
