SOLV Naturals Shipping and Returns Policy 2023
Thank you for visiting and shopping at SOLV Naturals. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping charges on your order only cover the freight.  The buyer or order recipient is solely responsible to pay for any related customs clearance, tariffs and taxes on the order when it gets to the destination country.  Depending on your country and selected shipping carrier, your local post office, DHL, UPS, FedEx will collect the applicable customs clearance, tariffs and taxes directly from you prior to delivery.
What is your returns policy?
We sincerely hope your SOLV Naturals products bring you joy. However, should you find a product is not suitable, we would be pleased to coordinate a refund or exchange in accordance with the instructions below.
Returns Period
We will provide you with a refund of the original purchase price or an exchange upon return of the products, with proof of purchase, if the product was purchased:
During any time of the year: within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Between 1 November and 31 December (inclusive): within 60 days of purchase.
Proof of Purchase and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, item must have a valid order number from  Proof of purchase can be shown by providing your original order confirmation, or your full name, email address and order number.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method. An exchange for alternative products can be made up to the value of the original purchase.
Products purchased through Amazon
We do not accept returns for products purchases from Amazon. We recommend to contact Amazon Customer Service directly via the “Contact Us” page of their website. Note that Amazon has a 30 days returns period.
Product purchased from a third party
We do not accept returns for products purchased from third-party sellers. For assistance, we recommend that you contact the place of purchase directly.
How do I make a return?
To request a return, you can submit a contact us form, ensuring to provide your order number or an alternative proof of purchase, and your email address. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team at Please include your proof of purchase, supporting photographs, and your contact details. Upon receipt of a return request, a Customer Support Representative will be in touch with instructions for your return.
